Ingredients
  

For Café Cubano:

  • 4 shots of espresso
  • 4 tsp sugar

For Tostada:

  • 4 slices of Cuban bread
  • Butter for spreading

For Pastelitos:

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • ½ cup guava paste
  • ½ cup cream cheese
  • 1 egg for egg wash

For Fresh Juices:

  • 2 oranges juiced
  • 1 mango sliced
  • 1 papaya sliced

Instructions
 

Café Cubano:

  • Brew espresso shots.
  • Mix the first few drops with sugar to create espumita (creamy foam).
  • Pour the remaining espresso over the foam and stir gently.

Tostada:

  • Butter both sides of Cuban bread slices.
  • Press in a sandwich press or toast in a pan until golden and crispy.

Pastelitos:

  • Cut puff pastry into squares.
  • Add a spoonful of guava paste and cream cheese to the center.
  • Fold into triangles, brush with egg wash, and bake at 375°F for 15-20 minutes.

Fresh Juices:

  • Juice oranges and slice mangoes and papayas.
  • Serve alongside the breakfast spread.
